Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to all prompts, uploads, generations, outputs, and other use of FalStudio. Because FalStudio uses third-party AI/infrastructure providers, you must also use the Service in a way that does not cause FalStudio to breach upstream provider requirements.

Do not use the Service to create, promote, or further:

• Sexualization, exploitation, or harm involving children or minors, including child sexual abuse material or grooming
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Human trafficking, sexual violence, or other illegal sexual exploitation
• Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
• Terrorism, violent extremism, or operational support for such activity

• Threats, harassment, bullying, or incitement of violence
• Hate speech or content that advocates unlawful discrimination
• Gratuitous extreme gore or animal abuse
• Fraud, scams, spam, defamation, or intentionally deceptive content likely to cause serious public harm
• Impersonation or harmful deepfakes using another person’s name, image, voice, or likeness without required rights or consent

• Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
• Do not submit photographs, artwork, videos, music, voices, likenesses, or trademarks unless you have the necessary rights and permissions

• Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or safety systems
• Do not reverse-engineer models, extract weights, or circumvent content filters
• Do not use the Service to distribute malware or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Do not abuse credits, payments, referrals, or support channels (including affiliate fraud)

Do not upload highly sensitive personal data you are not authorised to process, including payment credentials, protected health information, or biometric identifiers collected unlawfully.

You may not use the Service if you are under 18, located in a comprehensively sanctioned territory where providing the Service would be unlawful, or previously banned for serious abuse.

FalStudio may, where appropriate:

• Reject or block generation requests
• Remove or disable access to content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Investigate suspected abuse
• Preserve and disclose information to comply with law
• Enforce requirements imposed by upstream AI/infrastructure providers

We may also refuse service where continued use would create legal, safety, or provider-compliance risk.
