Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the FalStudio affiliate program operated by Auxora Limited (company number 16253784), trading as FalStudio, registered in England and Wales and supplement the Terms of Service. If you join the program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms.

Commission is 10% of qualifying net purchase amounts during a 12-month commission period beginning on the referred customer’s first eligible paid purchase. Commission is not lifetime.

You must have a FalStudio account in good standing, be at least 18, and provide accurate payout and tax information when requested. We may refuse or revoke participation at our discretion.

You receive a unique referral link/code. Attribution uses a first-party cookie with a 30-day window from click to signup (subject to cookie consent requirements where applicable).

First eligible attribution generally wins for that customer account. Self-referrals are prohibited. Referred customers may also enter your referral code on Billing if they did not use your link at signup.

Referred customers may receive 10% off their first credit pack or add-on purchase (not subscriptions), subject to FalStudio’s minimum credit sale price. The discount is applied once per referred account and does not reduce your commission rate; commission is calculated on the amount actually paid.

Qualifying purchases are eligible paid credit purchases by a referred customer during the commission period, net of refunds, chargebacks, and reversals. Commission = qualifying amount × 10%.

After a referred customer’s first eligible paid purchase, you may earn commission on that customer’s subsequent qualifying purchases for 12 months. After that window ends, no further commission accrues for that customer.

New commissions start as pending for 30 days, then become available if not reversed. Refunds, chargebacks, or fraud findings may reverse pending or available amounts.

Minimum payout: $25 USD. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect Express to your connected Stripe account after admin approval, or via another payout method we designate.

You are responsible for taxes on commissions. We may require tax information and withhold where legally required.

• Self-referrals or duplicate / fake accounts
• Cookie stuffing or forced attribution
• Spam, malware, or deceptive redirects
• Misleading claims about FalStudio, pricing, or “lifetime” commissions
• Impersonating FalStudio or fal.ai
• Fraudulent referrals or incentivized signups that violate these Terms

You may not bid on “FalStudio”, “fal.ai”, or confusingly similar trademark terms in paid search or other paid advertising.

Where you promote FalStudio for compensation, you must make clear disclosures required by advertising and consumer law (for example, that you may earn a commission).

We may suspend or terminate affiliate access, withhold or reverse commissions tied to fraud or policy violations, and refuse payouts that fail compliance checks.

We may change rates, windows, or program rules prospectively. Material changes will be reflected in the version and effective date of these Affiliate Terms. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires otherwise.

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, consistent with the Terms of Service.
